I. PAYMENTSSection 1.01 Payment will be in USD or PHP and sent through only PayPal for international transactions.Section 1.02 The artist will receive 50% of the down payment before the sketch and the other 50% after the whole agreed illustration.Section 1.03 If the client is new in the commission server and has no verification ,payment first is a must.Section 1.04 As stated on the Commission sheet, the headshot is $15, the half body is $20, and the full body is $35. This only applies to characters with no complex design. Meanwhile, characters that are heavily armored, have weapons, or are Gundam or Steampunk robots will cost the commissioner from 60 to 100 dollars.Section 1.05 Commercial fees are 100% double the price.II. OPERATIONSSection 2.01 There are two turnaround times for the artist that vary depending on the complexity of the art. Which means the normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and if the artwork includes heavy armor, Gundam, mecha, and steampunk, it will be at least a month's turnaround time.Section 2.02 As stated in Payments Section 1.02, the artist will receive 50% BEFORE the sketch. The commissioner will make revisions until satisfaction is reached. The artist have the trusted seller role, or verified artist in the server.Section 2.03 In the line art stage, the artist will only accept 3 free revisions.Section 2.04 The artist will update you every 2-4 days, and the commissioner should tell the artist their time zone so communication will not be a problem.Section 2.05 The artist will put a lot of "not fully paid" watermarks to show the finished product and will only send it to the client with none of those watermarks if the 50% is already paid.Section 2.06 The finished product will be sent to the client via email and drive. This consists of
the PNG, JPEG, TRANSAPARENT, and FINAL.III. REFUND/CANCELATIONSection 3.01 The commissioner is not permitted to refund the artwork once the sketch has received approval and payment.Section 3.02 If the artist experiences a problem (hospitalization, etc.) that prevents them from beginning a paid commission, the commissioner can get a complete refund if wanted to.Section 3.03 The commissioner will get a full refund if the commission is canceled before the artist begins working on the project.Section 3.04 If the commissioner is receiving a refund, they shouldn't ask for a PayPal chargeback. The money will be transferred by the artist directly.Section 3.05 If the artist dies, the commissioner may ask PayPal for a chargeback.IV. USAGE OR COPYRIGHT POLICY OF PERSONAL USE COMISSIONED PIECESection 4.01 The commissioner is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for personal use but cannot claim to have made the artwork.Section 4.02 The client can repost the commission artwork on their social media accounts, but crediting the artist is a must.Section 4.03 The artist will have the rights to the produced artwork to be used and displayed in their portfolios and on social media. (The Client can request not to if they consider it confidential.)Section 4.04 The client is allowed to use the commissioned work for personal use only.Section 4.05 The client is not allowed to alter the artwork without the artist's permission.Section 4.06 The client is not allowed to remove the signature and claim it as their own.Section 4.07 The commissioner is not allowed to profit from the artwork.V. USAGE OR COPYRIGHT POLICY OF COMMERCIAL USE COMISSIONED
PIECESection 5.01 The artist will not have any rights to the commissioned piece.
The artist will be able to ask for permission if the commissioned piece can be used in portfolios, but not if the client states not to.Section 5.02 The client will be able to profit from the commissioned piece. Just like producing the commissioned piece and will receive an artwork with no signature or watermark.

• Mecha/ dragon Illustration has a different price range from 60 to 100 dollars.
